2.1.  Browsing Data 

Please be aware that when you visit and browse the website at www.differen.it, some of your personal data may be collected. The information that the user provides in point 2.2 will be stored until they revoke it or for a maximum of six months.

      • to access your data and obtain evidence of the purposes for which it is being processed, the categories of data involved, the recipients to whom it may be communicated, the applicable retention period, and the existence of any automated decision-making processes.
      • to have inaccurate personal data corrected and to notify those to whom the data may have been transmitted.
      • to have your data deleted and to notify those to whom the data may have been transmitted in certain cases.
      • to limit the processing of your data and to object to the processing of your personal data whenever possible.
      • not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
      • to request and obtain the portability of personal data in the established cases and a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, also to transmit such data to another owner, within the limits of the material feasibility of the operation and the costs to be incurred.

      • to propose a judicial appeal against a legally binding decision of the Supervisory Authority referred to in the previous point (Article 78 GDPR).

The latter will take care of your request and provide you, without unjustified delay and, in any case, within one month of receiving it, the information relating to your request.

    7. Extra-EU data transfers

    The Data Controller does not transfer personal data outside the countries of the European Union.
